November is a busy month at the Allman for the Warriors. Be sure to joins us for any or all of our Friday night home games and one Sunday afternoon game!
On Friday November 4th the Legion will be at the rink selling poppies and we look forward to our special puck drop with cancer survivors and announcing our Pink in the Rink donations to support cancer research.
Friday November 11th we will pay respect to those who served during our Remembrance Day opening ceremonies. The 11th will also be Ladies/Aces Day at the rink… Aces players receive free admission when accompanied by an adult and players are encouraged to wear their Aces sweaters or windsuits. There will be draws with prizes to be won.
Don’t miss our Toque and Mitts toss on Friday November 18th. Toques, mittens and gloves are much needed winter items for children in our community and we appreciate your participation. Bring a new toque, pair of mittens or gloves (or all 3!) and toss onto the ice when your Stratford Warriors score. All items collected will be donated to the Connection Centre at St. Paul’s Church for distribution. Special thanks to Stratford Motor Products who will be on hand to collect donations from the ice. Free Popcorn to the first 300 fans with donations courtesy of the Kinsmen Club of Stratford.
Friday November 25 we will be supporting the United Way and will have a special guest puck drop and will be passing the bucket to help raise funds.
On Sunday November 27, the Kiwanis Club and CJCS 107.1fm will be the lobby bringing awareness to their local campaigns.
