Welcome back for the 2023-2024 hockey season!
The Stratford Hunter Steel Warriors hockey club is looking forward to the 2023/24 season of Stratford Hunter Steel Warriors hockey in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL), as we start to defend the Cherry Cup Championship.
We are a very proud hockey club with long-standing traditions in the community and loyal fans. We have a lot of history at the William Allman Memorial Arena and are looking forward to having a successful Stratford Hunter Steel Warrior’s team for the 2023/24 season.
We would like to welcome back Director of Hockey Operations, Jason Clarke, General Manager Nick Parr, and Assistant General Manager Mark Nelson as they build another strong team to bring home another championship.
We would also like to welcome back our returning coaching staff: Dave Williams, Dave Schlitt, Mark Nelson, Mike Graham, and returning to the Stratford Hunter Warriors Staff, Phil Westman.
This season, we have many star players returning and some new young talent – it should be an exciting season. The returning players are looking forward to the task ahead and will share their experiences with the new players. Our players will continue to be involved in our Local Community events and will lead by example.
The Stratford Hunter Steel Warriors appreciate the continued support of their passionate fans. We want our fans to be a part of the journey towards another championship. Welcome back and hope you enjoy the 2023/24 season.
We look forward to developing our players for their next steps in life, in both hockey and in their career paths.
