TYSON BAKER, Stratford Cullitons #23

2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16

I loved every second of my time in Stratford. It was well known across the league for being the best place to play Jr hockey. From the old school arena with so much history to our loyal fans who were there to cheer us on every Friday night. I spent a lot of time in Stratford, being fortunate enough to live with my grandma who lives in town. Stratford is such a beautiful city with so much to offer.

The thing I appreciate most is the friendships I made along the way. I remember the team never wanting to leave the rink after games and practices- it was truly a great bunch of guys.

The culture that the Cullitons organization created is what led to all of the great memories. The board members, coaching staff, our trainers, volunteers, fans and everyone in between all treated us like professionals and I am very grateful for my time spent in the city of Stratford.

I have nothing but awesome memories spent with the team. As I mentioned before, I will forever cherish the friendships that I made along the way. No matter what happened throughout the day or how I was feeling, I always left the rink in a good mood. Ultimately, my favorite memory is winning the Cherrey Cup on home ice in my last season with the team.
