All players eligible for minor age hockey systems (Birth Year 2008) require a signed
Player Tryout Permission Form from their Home Centre.
The STRATFORD HOCKEY CLUB will have certified Training and Equipment Staff on site for
skate sharpening, equipment repairs and any injury assessment and management if necessary.
